V-Care network maintenance services are regularly scheduled preventative services that promote up time; feature preferred pricing rates and are available for all new and currently deployed hardware, cabling and software at your business locations.

V-Care includes a minimum of 4 hours per month of scheduled support, tasks and maintenance functions. Comprehensive in every way, you quickly begin to trust that your computer network will be up and running whenever your employees need it.

By contracting for V-Care you have access to telephone support for all network related activities and functions, five days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a maximum response time of one hour. We act as your Network Administrator without the usual bloated salary and overhead. We connect to your network remotely so every day issues get resolved quickly and efficiently.

::	Create, update and remove user and email accounts
::	Check operations and stability of the network
::	Update software and operating systems when released
::	Make sure all backups are successful and rotate tapes
::	Update virus protection lists and validating its operation
::	Test the backup system to verify proper operation

::	Install new hardware purchased though Vistanet IT
::	Install and configure new software as requested
::	Resolve software, hardware or operating system problems
::	Instruct and train users on best uses of desktop computers

This guaranteed service plan includes a minimum of 4 hours of phone support, on-site visits during business hours and mutually agreed regularly scheduled service per month. Monthly committed hours can be increased with 30 days notice. Additional hours of service not included in the V-Care minimum commitment total would be billed at the V-Response rate.
